Creamy Lemon Pasta
This creamy lemon pasta has been my favorite pasta recipe this summer. The lemon aroma sips into every bite of pasta noodle, and butter and parmesan mix into the sauce, making every bite of noodle more slurpy and creamy.
This recipe is super easy to make and only takes about 10 minutes, so this is a great choice when you want some simple and quick pasta recipe. The main ingredient is Lemon with the whole lemon, use both the juice and zest. Of course, adding mince garlic, butter, and parmesan to make the creamy and garlicky lemon flavor. I also add in a bit of chopped-up basil, and some spinach for my veggie, because I love vegetables. I also have the chicken stripe at hand that I simply place on the plate after finishing making the pasta.

Creamy Lemon Pasta
Ingredients
- 13 oz package pasta noodle your preference
- 1 lemon juiced and zest
- 4 big cloves of garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 Tsp pepper
- Basil and Spinach for garnish if desired
- ½ cup pasta water
Instructions
- Boil a big pot of salted water, and add in pasta when water is boiled. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
- Melt butter in a frying pan, turn to medium heat and add in garlic for 1 minute, then add in the lemon zest from half of the lemon, and add in all lemon juice from one whole lemon, wait for 1 minute
- Add whipping cream and cheese to the pan.
- Add pasta noodles and start mixing the noodle with the lemon sauce for about 3 minutes, then add in some pasta water to loosen the sauce a little.
- Add in some basil and spinach to garnish, then finish off with a sprinkle of some black pepper.
- Serve on your beautiful plates, and enjoy!
