I work as a registered nurse for several years and realize my lifestyle and busy schedule have cost me my joy, my health, and my relationship with people around me. I want to shift my focus to living a healthier and fuller life, so I start to dedicate myself to eat healthy using simple recipes that work for me. After a long day, I just want to cook something quick and easy that I can enjoy with my family.
