- Preheat oven to 300F
- Whisk egg white with a hand-held mixer on medium speed until frothy
- Gradually add sugar and cornstarch into the mixture, (also add in matcha powder at this time), and whisk on high speed until the stiff peak is formed
- Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Gently scoop out the mixture to put on parchment paper and shape into your desired shape
- Place pumpkin seed on top to decorate
- Place in oven for 20 minutes or until light brown color on the outside
