sausage and egg burrito

Course: Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 3 Italian sausage diced
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup of shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to season

Method
 

  1. Heat the frying pan and add 2 Tbs of oil, scramble eggs, and cooked the Italian sausage for about 4-5 minutes on the frying pan. Then place on a plate to set aside
  2. Place tortillas on a flat surface, layered the eggs, sausage, bell pepper, and cheese
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly, and tuck in the ends of the tortilla as you roll
  4. Then can eat right away or refrigerated for eat at a later time. And simply microwave for 45 seconds before enjoying your healthy burrito.
